Nima
Nima is a casual daytime café that serves contemporary takes on Asian favorites, with a playful spin on coffee, tea, breakfast, and lunch. Open for dine-in or grab-and-go, this airy younger cousin to Animae restaurant alludes to the atmosphere of an upside-down zen garden with its pops of lush greenery across the ceiling.
The ask
Nima Café hired Innovum to build out their digital presence and hone their web development strategy. As a brand new concept, this client needed us to design a digital platform from the ground up, taking into account the need for new customers, online ordering, and event space booking.
How we did it
First, we took inspiration from the space and the cuisine. Using breathtaking photography as a design element, we leveraged the interior design of Nima to wow viewers. On the site, we created sections where users could explore the menu, book the venue, or follow the café on social media.
Nima’s new site was made ADA compliant and accessible from anywhere. We also optimized images and cleaned the code for ultimate performance using Google PageSpeed recommendations. Hotjar and Google Analytics were employed to track performance and test user interaction.
WordPress allows the client to update the site at any time and integrates online reservations seamlessly. An easy to use CMS dashboard is both functional and predictable for the client, and the website design is aesthetically pleasing for the consumer.
